If you are a new patient, one to two appointments can be expected. Before your first appointment, we will be asking you to fill out various forms regarding information on your dental and medical history, as well as current dental desires. At your first visit a dentist and hygienist will meet with you to perform a comprehensive examination that may include dental x-rays and digital photos that will allow us to diagnose the condition of your teeth, gums, and oral tissues. We will then give you our recommendations for any treatment that may be needed immediately or in the future. The appropriate type of cleaning indicated and any potential treatment is typically started at the second appointment. Once you have decided on the appropriate treatment, you can spend some time with a team member who will review the treatment, answer any questions, schedule your appointments and discuss the fees and payment options available.
